A paid order has completed and should unlock the relevant product access. Pending means the payment has not been confirmed yet. Failed means the payment attempt did not complete. Cancelled means checkout was abandoned or intentionally stopped.
Refunded means the order has been reversed and related licences may be suspended. If the status looks wrong, do not create repeated orders immediately. Open a support ticket with the order number so the team can check the payment record.
