You can update your customer profile from the client area. Make sure your name, company details and email address are correct before placing an order, because these details may appear on order records or invoices.
If an invoice has already been issued and you need a correction, open a billing ticket. Include the order number and the exact details that need changing so support can tell you what is possible.
