After checkout, sign in and confirm that your order shows as paid. Then open Licences and make sure a licence key exists for the product you bought. Finally, open Downloads and confirm the latest release is available.
Before uploading files to WHMCS, read the product documentation and release notes. If the product needs a licence key, copy it from the licence page rather than from an email so you avoid accidental spaces or outdated values.
