After a successful order, open the client area and check Licences or Downloads. Licences show the product name, licence key, status and assigned domain. Downloads show the release packages that are currently available for your account.
If a product is missing, first check whether the payment status is still pending. Some payment methods need extra confirmation before files are released. If the order is paid but the product is still not visible, open a support ticket with your order number.
