Yearly licences normally include updates and support until the expiry date shown on the licence page. Renewing extends that access so you can continue downloading releases and requesting support.
If a licence expires, the installed product may keep working, but update and support access can pause. Renew before important WHMCS upgrades so you can access compatibility releases when needed.
