If you have a coupon, enter it during checkout before you pay. The order total should update before you complete the payment. Coupons can be limited by product, category, licence type, usage count or date range.
If a coupon does not work, check the spelling, expiry date and whether it applies to the selected product. Support cannot always apply expired or product-specific coupons after payment, so verify the discount before completing checkout.
