Open the licence record and use the domain field to assign the WHMCS installation where the product will be used. Enter the real domain carefully, without paths such as /admin or /clientarea.php.
If your product supports staging domains, use the staging option only for test environments. Production domains should be assigned normally so update checks and support requests match the correct site.
